Joji P is a highly experienced engineering professional, corporate trainer, and technical author with more than 40 years of experience in engineering education, industrial training, curriculum development, and technical consultancy. He specializes in Industrial Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electro-hydraulic Systems, Electro-pneumatics, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Industrial Automation.
He is the Founder and Director of Fluidsys Training Centre Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, a specialized vocational training organization dedicated to providing practical, industry-oriented training solutions for engineers, technicians, maintenance professionals, and faculty members.
Before establishing Fluidsys, Mr. Joji served the Government of India in several senior technical and academic positions, including Joint Director of Training and Deputy Director of Training under the Directorate General of Training (DGT). During his distinguished government career, he played a key role in curriculum development, instructor training, laboratory modernization, and the national alignment of vocational courses with the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF).
As an internationally recognized trainer, he has successfully conducted specialized training programmes for industries and organizations in India, Kenya, Nepal, and the United Arab Emirates, delivering practical learning experiences focused on system design, troubleshooting, maintenance, and reliability improvement.
Mr. Joji has authored 39+ technical books covering hydraulics, pneumatics, electro-hydraulics, hydrostatic transmissions, servo valves, proportional valves, industrial automation, and PLC programming. His books are widely appreciated for their practical approach, clear explanations, and extensive industrial relevance. His publications include the renowned textbook “Pneumatic Controls” published by Wiley India and “Industrial Hydraulic Systems – Theory and Practice” published by Universal Publishers, USA.
